Who Were the Most Loved MarTech Companies of 2016?

We’ve been having some incredible conversations on our new MarTech Community, already attracting over 650 new members and we’ve just kicked it off! Since we kicked off the community at the end of 2016, we decided to ask a little bit of a different question:

Who is your favorite #martech company (not your own) that continues to exceed your expectations? Source

This wasn’t a question about innovation nor application, it was to get to the root of which companies had remarkable customer service that should be shared online. The recommendations came in quickly:

Buffer allows social media users to save time by allowing them to schedule, publish and analyze all your posts in one place. Rachel Masters wrote:

Buffer. Their Twitter UX is great and I love their blog posts. Their social media effectiveness research is super helpful.

WP Engine hosts WordPress for over 50,000 customers in 120 countries. They provide best-in-class customer service on top of innovation-driven technology. Jon Thompson of Veer Digital wrote:

Their support is really amazing with the development support I get for free.  Lol. They free me from FTPing in and getting my hands dirty. I can go back to making sells.

Litmus enables designers, marketers, and agencies to test and optimize their emails across over 50 applications and devices. Josh Miles of MilesHerndon wrote:

From a brand, product, marketing, and messaging combination, I’m always impressed by what they’re up to.

ManageFlitter provides you with a set of easy to use tools to empower you to work smarter and faster with Twitter . Evan Dunn wrote:

ManageFlitter – they’ve been around the space, floating as the biggest social tool you’ve never heard of (3.5 million users), maintaining the largest database of Twitter users outside of Twitter itself, just so you can have the most powerful influence engagement platform in existence. Love it.

Intercom makes customer messaging products for sales, marketing, and support teams, connected on one platform. Recommended by Matt Anderson.

This is a great list. We’ve met many of these individuals personally and absolutely love the way they run their companies and assist their clients. We would not hesitate to recommend any of them, either.
